Delivery lads great but you were an hour late

Been going a few weeks now food lovely, but our order last night was awful,pizza as thin as can be,hardly any cheese or pepperoni, dry as sticks cooked to an in of its life ,kebab meat as dry as sticks,and chips dry just threw in the bin,dont know if it was someone different cooking,but won't be back
