Wraps say it comes with chips/salad, chose chips and have absolutely 0 in the wraps

I ordered a pizza and a small Donner wrap, got home to find no chips in the wrap but it states on the menu comes with chips or salad. I put no salad on the selection but there was no chips option so assumed it would come with chips and wrote no salad. But was told when I rang the shop had to write in the comments that’s I wanted the chips. That’s a first for me, for the money paid I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
